Luigi’s Mansion 2 features five distinct mansions, each with its own unique theme and challenges. Here is a detailed list of the mansions in Luigi’s Mansion 2:
1. Gloomy Manor
– A classic haunted house with a perpetually rainy atmosphere, a rundown exterior and interior filled with dust and debris, haunted sets of armor, and plenty of spider webs.
– Contains 13 collectible gems and various hidden Boos that need to be found to unlock the bonus mission.
2. Haunted Towers
– Features two looming towers with an abandoned and forgotten mansion theme. The atmosphere is clear with rain, dark corners, and hotel-like amenities. It includes creepy elements like a doll, bedroom, and graveyard.
– Also contains 13 collectible gems and hidden Boos.
3. Old Clockworks
– An abandoned factory in an ancient desert with mummies deep below the sandstone. It has plenty of odd gadgets and paperwork left behind, making it a creepy yet not entirely haunted house.
– Contains 13 collectible gems and hidden Boos.
4. Secret Mine
– A unique environment that initially seems like a snowed-in chalet but reveals itself to be an abandoned mine in the frozen depths of a glacier. It captures a horror movie setting but doesn’t quite fit the traditional haunted house theme.
– Contains 13 collectible gems and hidden Boos.
5. Treacherous Mansion
– The final mansion, which embodies the classic haunted house theme. It includes elements like a possessed polar bear rug and a creepy atmosphere throughout.
– Contains 13 collectible gems and hidden Boos, culminating in a final boss fight against King Boo.
Each mansion is divided into missions, with a boss fight and a bonus mission that unlocks after all the hidden Boos are found in each mansion.
